The Michigan State men's and women's cross country teams concluded competition at the 2013 NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championships on Friday, Nov. 15 in Madison, Wis. The women finished third overall with 73 points, while the men, who entered the meet ranked seventh in the region, earned a fifth-place team finish with 151 points.
