Heath Baldwin, a senior at Michigan State, placed second in the men's elite decathlon with a lifetime-best 8,084 points at the 63rd Mt. SAC Relays at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, Calif. Baldwin improved on his previous-best 7,650 points.
